This line of credit can be in first or second position and would be secured against commercial property that meets our lender's criteria for type of property, location, income and cash flow, and equity as a percentage of total property value.

To apply, simply complete oue of our commercial applications and send in by fax or email, along with the following documents:

1) 2 years tax returns

2) rent roll current

3) income and expense statement for subject property last 2 years plus YTD current year

4) copy of current mortgage statement and leases

5) brief description of property; when bought, what paid, how financed, use of property, tenant business or owner business, size of building, size of lot, building construction type
