We still have stated income programs, and have many sources for commercial bridge loan money and commercial construction projects such as subdivision, urban infill, condo conversion, rehab, hotel and motel, and industrial projects as well.

We have many sources for commercial construction projects, including banks, regional lending institutions, hedge funds, cd platforms and will consider projects in any reasonable location world wide.

Residential Lending:

We are a full-service mortgage company that provides residential lending services to our California clients.

We still offer residential construction financing, and rehab loans, hard money, and also offer debt consolidation loans and services, even in some cases for "less than perfect credit". We offer some home improvement loans and of course standard refinance mortgage loans as well. These loans have become scarce, but some are still available.
