Bay Area Capital Funding Inc. is a mortgage brokerage company, based in San Carlos, California. Our parent company is Silicon Valley Capital Funding Inc in Campbell California. We are incorporated in the State of California.

Because we are a broker, we are licensed for residential lending only in the State of California. Residential lending includes home loans, equity lines, reverse mortgages and construction loans for owner occupants.

For commercial lending, we can lend in all 50 states. We look at many commercial construction projects world wide in situations where there is either no license required or where there is no license required of our company.

We do on occasion work with other brokers. If your fees are modest and you have a sincere interest in helping your client, then feel free to approach us with your projects. In the forms section you will find appropriate fee agreements and non-disclosure documents.
