Our company is an experienced provider of financing (1M to 100M) for builder developer projects of all sizes, in all 50 states.
We have access to a large number of lenders, including banks, hedge funds, private funds, equity partners, collateral providers, cd platforms and more. These programs require (in general) experienced borrowers, strong resumes, profitable ventures, and reasonable equity, liquidity, and reserves.
Lender programs are available for even lightly to poorly capitalized projects; even 80% LTC programs are available in some circumstances. We will consider projects turned down by most banks. Our fee is 1 - 1.25% for projects over $10M in loan size. For projects under $10M, our fee is generally 1.5 - 1.75%. Fees to other brokers will be limited.
