1) We can buy and sell Real Estate of all types for our clients

2) We can consult on all matters concerning Real Estate investing

3) We can write purchase offers for our clients

4) We can list property for sale for our clients

5) We can post property on Loop Net or the MLS for sale

6) We can coordinate investments and JV activity

The most common activity we involve ourselves in is the writing of purchase offers. We are not a Realtor, and we do not offer full service Real Estate sevices to buyers (we will not drive you around to look at properties). However, if you find a property on your own - through whatever means, and would like us to present an offer for you, we are more than happy to help and will offer this service at a discount to you.
